I'm a new patient and booked online, what happens next?

All When possible, all new patients will receive one (1) email outlining clinic protocols for attendance with a request of completion for online covid19 screening tool. The second (2) email will contain Academy Athletic Therapy Inc.'s new patient clinic Adobe fillable forms and signatures. No purchase required to access Adobe tools.
