What can an athletic therapist do?

1. Athletic therapists can activate your injury claim from their orthopedic assessment and report submitted to WCB.
2. WCB will contact the worker and employer within 1-2 business days with their decision.
3. Direct billing available which means the worker isn't paying out of pocket to get help.
4. Not all workers need to be off work when reporting a WCB injury claim. Workers can still continue with their regular (or modified hours) work schedule while receiving athletic therapy treatments for the affected area.
5. Our goal is to speed up the worker's recovery while reducing time away from their job and duties.
